About the Recipe
Ingredients
¼ cup True’s Gourmet Hot Mustard
1 tablespoon minced garlicÂ
½ cup plain dried breadcrumbsÂ
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon minced rosemaryÂ
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
8 (4-ounce) lamb chops
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepperÂ
2 tablespoons olive oil, dividedÂ
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine True’s mustard and garlic. In a wide shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, rosemary and dried herbs; whisk to combine.
Â
Pat lamb chops dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper. With a basting brush, lightly coat lamb chops with mustard mixture, then dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
Â
In a large nonstick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high. Add half the lamb chops to pan and cook until browned, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining chops and oil.
Â
Let lamb chops rest 5 minutes before serving.
