Refund policy

  True's Gourmet Hot Mustard is a food product. We do not issue refunds. What we

   do, instead, is replace any jar that arrives damaged, defective, or wrong —

  at no charge.

  


  Damaged or defective jars

  

  Inspect your order when it arrives. If a jar is broken, leaking, or you

  received the wrong item, email a photo of the damage and your order number to

  info@truesgourmet.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement

  within two business days.

  


  What we can't take back

  

  - Opened jars

  - Jars that arrived intact and undamaged

  - Jars bought through a retail partner — please contact that shop directly

  - Gift cards

  


  Wholesale and restaurant accounts

  

  Wholesale orders follow the terms at truesgourmet.com/pages/wholesale. Damaged

   case or gallon-jug shipments are replaced on receipt of photos.
