Smash Burger, Two Cheeses, Mustard Between
A two-patty smash on a hot griddle, a soft potato bun, a swipe of True's on the top side. The mustard hits the heat and turns into something else.

Preparation
- Preheat grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat. Season patties with salt and pepper.
- Add vegetable oil and let heat. Place patties on hot surface, leaving room to smash.
- Sear 2 minutes; top each patty with sliced onions.
- Flip and smash patties firmly into the onions.
- Top one patty with muenster, the other with white cheddar. Cook 2–3 more minutes.
- Toast buns on the grill or griddle.
- Assemble: bottom bun, white-cheddar patty, drizzle of True's Hot Mustard, muenster patty, more mustard, lettuce, tomato, Wickle's Pickles, top bun.
- Serve immediately.
