Mustard-Crust Brisket
Mustard-rubbed brisket, no smoker required. The True's goes on like a paint coat — it's what gets the bark.

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Using a pastry brush, spread True's Gourmet Mustard all around the brisket. Season with the salt, pepper, and garlic on all sides.
- Place the brisket in a foil-lined roasting pan and roast uncovered for one hour.
- Remove the brisket from the oven and drop the oven temperature to 300°F.
- Add the beef stock to the roasting pan, spread the carrots and onion around the sides of the brisket. Cover with foil and continue roasting for 3 more hours or until an internal temperature of 175°F.
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
