Egg Salad with Capers and Dill

Ingredients

SERVES 4 (2 cups)

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, True's mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Fold in onion, eggs, chives, dill and capers. Cover and chill 20 minutes.
  3. Spread on bread and top with arugula or watercress, or serve with crackers.
