Egg Salad with Capers and Dill

Preparation
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, True's mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Fold in onion, eggs, chives, dill and capers. Cover and chill 20 minutes.
- Spread on bread and top with arugula or watercress, or serve with crackers.
