Ham and Swiss Sliders on Hawaiian Rolls

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half; place bottom halves in two 9x13-inch baking dishes.
  3. Spread True's Gourmet Hot Mustard generously on bottom halves.
  4. Layer ham and Swiss cheese on each bottom bun half. Place top halves back on.
  5. In a small bowl, combine True's mustard, melted butter, Worcestershire, poppy seeds, and onion. Drizzle over assembled sliders.
  6. Cover with foil; bake 15 minutes. Uncover; bake another 5 minutes until golden and cheese melted.
  7. Rest 1–2 minutes before serving.
