Lamb Chops, Mustard and Herb Crust

Preparation
- Combine True's mustard and garlic in a small bowl. In a wide shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, rosemary and Italian seasoning.
- Pat lamb chops dry; season with salt and pepper. Brush with mustard mixture, then dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high. Cook half the chops until browned, 2–3 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining oil and chops.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
